The Nu-Calgon 4150-02 Clean Guard™ XL is a reusable mini-split maintenance hood (cleaning bag) designed for HVAC technicians to safely clean wall-mounted ductless mini-split indoor units. It captures coil cleaner, rinse water, and debris during evaporator coil and blower cleaning, helping protect walls, floors, and surrounding finishes. The hood is intended for 18,000 to 36,000 BTU (1.5–3 ton) indoor units. It installs quickly using an adjustable elastic collar with a wheel lock and drains into a standard 5-gallon bucket through an integrated 8-foot drain hose.
